Fishing Park Policy

Welcome to Cast and Catch Fishing Park!

1. Introduction
   - Cast and Catch Fishing Park offers a serene and sustainable fishing experience within the eco-friendly surroundings of Chennai's Eco Park. Our mission is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for anglers of all skill levels to connect with nature and indulge in the art of fishing.

2. General Policies
   - Hours of Operation: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
   - Admission and Fees: Admission fee includes access to designated fishing areas. 
   - Rules and Regulations: All visitors must adhere to posted rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the park without refund.
   - Code of Conduct: Respect fellow anglers, park staff, and wildlife. Keep noise levels to a minimum and dispose of trash responsibly.

3. Fishing Regulations
   - Types of Fish Allowed for Catch: Only designated fish species are permitted for catch-and-release fishing. Consult park staff for a list of permitted species.
   - Catch Limits: Daily catch limits apply to ensure sustainable fishing practices. Exceeding catch limits may result in penalties.
   - Fishing Gear Regulations: Only authorized fishing gear is permitted within the park. Barbless hooks and non-lead sinkers are recommended to minimize harm to fish and wildlife.
   - Catch and Release Policy: Anglers are encouraged to practice catch-and-release fishing whenever possible to promote conservation efforts and preserve fish populations.

4. Environmental Conservation
   - Protection of Wildlife: Do not disturb or harm wildlife within the park. Observe from a distance and refrain from feeding animals.
   - Preservation of Natural Habitats: Stay on designated paths and refrain from trampling vegetation. Help maintain the park's natural beauty by avoiding littering and vandalism.
   - Waste Management: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Recycling facilities are available onsite. Please do not litter or leave fishing lines, hooks, or other debris behind.

5. Safety Guidelines
   - Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
   - Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, contact park staff immediately or dial emergency services. First aid kits are available at designated locations throughout the park.
   - First Aid Facilities: Basic first aid facilities are available onsite for minor injuries. For serious emergencies, seek medical attention promptly.

6. Booking and Reservations
   - Reservation Process: Advance reservations are recommended, especially during peak seasons. Book online or contact our reservation desk for availability.
   - Cancellation Policy: No Cancellations.

7. Enforcement
   - Enforcement of Policies and Regulations: Park staff reserve the right to enforce all posted policies and regulations. Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the park without refund.
   - Consequences for Violations: Violations of park policies may result in fines, temporary suspension of park privileges, or permanent expulsion from the park.
